- Income: 2.5x monthly rent
- Verifiable Income: Pay-stubs, bank statements, child support,social security distribution letter, etc
- Minimum 550 Credit score**
- No eviction in the past 4 years
- No foreclosures in the past 4 years
- No judgments from landlords in the past 2 years
- No bankruptcies (unless discharged)
- No felonies in the past 10 years
- No sex offenders
- Positive rental history for the past 2 years,(no more than 3 late payments in the past 1 year), no negative feedback from landlord – Back end debt-to-income ratio of 50% or less
