Anna Kelly is the Corporate Secretary for MMRG. She started in real estate in 2000. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Tennessee and Mississippi, and presently serves as the Executive Director of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce in Memphis. In 2010 she was appointed by the mayor of Memphis to serve on the Minority Business Development and Oversight Committee, and sits on the Board of the Memphis Multicultural and Religious Affairs Committee.
Ms. Kelly was also named 2011, 2012, 2013 Power Player by the Memphis Business Journal.
Ms. Kelly is also President and CEO of Trinity Management, LLC, a leading property management company specializing in helping the growing Hispanic community in Memphis, TN and DeSoto County, MS. Trinity Management also engages in the purchase, renovation, leasing and marketing of cash flow investments in the Memphis and De Soto County, MS areas.
Ms. Kelly also owns and manages commercial buildings in Memphis.
Trinity Management continues to be recognized as one of the most sought after property management companies in Memphis by both potential tenants and by local and out-of-state landlords. Trinity Management currently manages over 300 properties.
Ms. Kelly is a native Californian who has lived in the Memphis area since 2001. Prior to that, Ms. Kelly worked in research and development for Hewlett-Packard for 13 years in the Silicon Valley.
Lulu oversees the financial operations of Trinity Management. She is accountable for all administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. Lulu received her accounting degree in 2008 and has been with Trinity Management since 2008.
Alina coordinates maintenance requests from tenants with Trinity Management’s in-house repair service, 1 Stop Solutions, to ensure both tenants and investors are satisfied with the outcome. She makes it a priority that all maintenance requests are being noted and addressed
